Junior Training

Who is this for?

Boys and girls from the ages of 10-14 who are interested in improving speed, agility, and conditioning. With the added benefit of full body strength development to ensure injury prevention and high performance.

This program focuses on skills and strategies to improve their quality of movement and address the needs of their rapidly growing and developing bodies to help prepare them for high school level programs.

We limit each class to 10 participants.
