High school students who want to prepare and gain the edge over the competition.


Monday - Thursday @ 4pm

Saturday @ 9:45am

We limit each class to 10 participants.

This program focuses on skills and strategies to improve their quality of movement and address the needs of their rapidly growing and developing bodies to help prepare them for high school level programs.
